I don't really like kingdom advantages, though. There's always someone whining about how so-and-so and such an unfair advantage over so-and-so.

Here listen how I make some EQUAL plusses (sp?)

Dustari - Basically has the strongest Army. They can have a large supply of land and have many military forts.
Zormite - Kings of the seas. They should be the only ones aloud under water and while under water they can fly. ((kingdoms cant complain about that they cant see))
Pirates - Masters of above water combat. Many pirate ships go to them along with a coastal cave.
Forest - Controls all forest life. Have many healing grounds such as churches for there love of the forest?


Just basic ideas.
