Umm...We are not being Biased with Alkaiser. Yes, we have been watching him because up until he became police, nobody had heard of him. He ALWAYS chooses no PM jail over the more appropriate time and rock jails (Although it would be cool if Scamming got you sent to no PM jail
). He doesn't know the rules either.
