at when food meter is at full player runs at a little bit faster speed that normal
When its down a little normal
Mid range low slows a little less than normal
Low slows down alot more than normal
Danger slows the player to a crawl
and no food = passes out

I guess. I'd prefer to leave it a bit simpler, but either works. It's really just an expansion off the same idea.
