Chances are the principals will only suspend someone for stealing a chicken sandwich from lunch (light punishment).
If someone else does it, they get the same punishment.
If one of them does it a second time, the punishment will get worse.
He did the same things over and over again, basically disrupting events and profanity (harassment) to the point that he showed no correction from his punishments. Ban was the only way to prevent it. |
