I will never judge a pw until it is actualy up because you never know how it actualy is going to be. Like say Mr. ssj over here is known as being one of the l33t people in graal and he says i am making a server. well he makes a few graphics and people think it is going to be great. It finally gets tested and all of a sudden the person that tests it sees that it sucks and it gets the common used term for most pws now a days . "Failed". the next day in the pw forums we see riots and such saying u r fail that uber l33t pw! you should be suppa fired!. such things are seen constantly now a days as was i believe when Murasamune failed a long time ago
