Co-Owners may be needed if the Owner doesn't have time or dont want to do anything for the Playerworld.

I have been Co Owner of Dino Valley for quite a while
With more rights then the Owner.
(We agreed that he should not hire staff cause he never was online)

I asked for FTP password changes and RC changes
For that I needed the "rank" Owner..

But perhaps you are right..
In the long run it would have been better if Aramech was just called Founder and me Owner instead of him (because he didn't do anything for Dino Valley and didn't care about DIno Valley anyway)
