Well the main reason that I have rejected guilds, and about 75% of them are rejected because of this. Matching ip addresses. Some people think exploiting a protection will be a good way to support multiple times, which isn't allowed. Which is the main reason I reject a guild. Other factors can be same account name just altered, copyrighted name, etc. I went through Monday and seen the same 25-30 accounts in about half of the 250+ requests. There are over 400 guilds that are official, and I'm fighting to get strict protections on the submitter. One of the biggest ones I'm pushing for is case-sensitivity with account names, and hopefully a better IP tracking system to prevent exploits.
You pretty much complain about making my job harder than it should be.
(For those of you who are confused by that, ask someone who does understand what I implied in that last sentence) |
