Instead of explaining it step by step, I'll do a fictional dramatization.
Mogul Pirate: "Ar, is this proletariate Rami?"
Rami: "uh... yes..."
Mogul Pirate: "I'll buy your stock for twice its selling rate."
Rami: "Sure! Now I can finally get a bomy!"
Mogul Pirate repeats for all the major Cyberjoueuers stockholders... until...
Secretary: "Norr and Porsche Ltd. main desk. How may I help you?"
Mogul Pirate: "This is Mogul Pirate. Put me through to the Chief Executive."
Mr Porsche: "Bonjour?"
Mogul Pirate: "Mr Porsche, I now own more than 50% of the stock of Cyberjoueurs. I'm restructuring your company and implementing a new CEO, Mr Bird."
Mr Porsche: "Que Horror! Wait... I'm french..."
With Cyberjoueurs under his fist, Mogul Pirate sweeps up every gralat he can find, resells the stock, a new enterpeneur steps up and repeats the process. It's sad, really.
