I think another problem we have is the resistance to change. People post their levels up on the forums and automatically we say "OH MAN WHAT A SUCKY LEVEL, HORRIBLE" and those who made it will most likely stop making levels. How about instead of saying how bad it is say how we can improve things to make them better. This way more people will be encouraged to make levels, learn to script, make gani's ect and ths we have more qualified people who can do things for the server
