It's an NPC that executes a command that can't be executed.
I made the gani in honour of Ghost Pirate, but the gani wasn't uploaded. Still, he has the privilege of a cool spot in his tool list.
But, come to think of it, GP could have uploaded it now with his former FTP access.... hm...
