most games developed by professionals that are retail in stores run on 2 things, Win and Mac. Not linux, and not unix. If youre running linux or unix (why you would run unix for a pc now adays is beyond me) you know that there is a shortage of software in your dept.
As for the device independent stuff, wouldnt that require more memory, more processing power, and more ram? j/c. |
