The reason why it doesn't have ranks, for those who don't know, is because ranks destroy the fun out of everything. People of a higher rank usually think they are better than those of the lower ranks. We only have jobs like "recruiter", or "super freaky nut", or whatever we think is fun...

Even tho people have the right to their opinion, please don't go around saying The Flames suck, because all you are doing is making a fool of yourself... and don't make fun of other guilds too, its not nice.
