I was just thinking about that the other day. Ghosts should be able to PM RC's. That would be a helpful way for them to get information about the server. Also, I do agree that inter-ghostal communication should be implemented. However, understanding that ghost mode is not for fun but is another thing to get players to upgrade accounts, I doubt the first thing will happen, and I'm almost positive the second one wont.
