However, I will set it up so you can pay as much rent as you want, and the rent ammount is subtracted each week. Meaning, if your rent was 150 a week, you could put 300 into your rent, and it would cover it for 2 weeks, put in 600 and it cover it for 4 weeks, etc.

i like that, because say if you go on holiday or whatever, but house values will go down
