pardon me if i seem nasty when i say this, but you have no right to "whine" about being up all night.
i am up from about noon to 7:00 AM almost every day, doing work and personal things, plus i am an insomniac.
i get five hours of sleep, at best, every day. you "being up all night" is no excuse. sorry.
