Do too. There's a difference between not being concious of its importance and being concious of it's not being important! If there's no bugs admin, then either no bug reports get to me, or I spend half my time deleting repeated and unhelpful bug reports!
Sure, in a perfect world where all bug reports are unique and make sense, we wouldn't need one, but we don't have such a world. Instead we have a world where the very FAQs come up to me and say "It sucks, fix it!" and log off without saying what sucks, why it sucks, where it is, or what about it in particular needs to be fixed! |
