People with P2P accounts can access any server anytime. Atleast thats what i noticed. I was able to go into any server with no problem with P2P. When I used my trial account I had to wait from 30sec - 2min at most. Thats not bad at all.
For ghost mode they should make it so ghost can see each other or talk to other ghost. This way they have something to do while they wait for 2 min.
