Horse bug

I dont know if thise was already brought up, but nothing has been done about it yet so i will post about it...
Horse are getting stuck in trees and houses and cliffs abd everywhere, ive seen them in trees all over the place, on the NPC bridge east of the rail road, perticularly on the lifts that go up the cliffs, as well as on top of the football house... something should be done =\
