Maybe if you had the brain power to understand what I meant you wouln't be saying that. UnixMad claims he got the hackers name and adress BEFORE he contacted the police, thus claiming to have done so himself (Or another Graal admin or other) So i'm not saying law enforcement agencies cannot track people over the net... they can, however Graal admin is NOT a law enforcement agency and non-government orginisations have no ability to track people over the net.

Unixmad most likely had their IP, and when you're a big business, you usually have one or two tools that can trace IPs. Heck, I bet you could even find some of those tools on the internet just on a Yahoo search.
Most likely, the police would not go so far as to track the person, because they would need some information(which Unixmad obtained himself), dealing with the internet attack. Unixmad would probley hand over the information to the police, so that the police can carry out the law.
