Freedom of Speech is american only. This is a french/german ran game/forum, therefore, It does not legally count as unconstitutional. Also, when you signed up for an account/forum access, you agreed to not using things such as your signature.
Like in Japan,
If your neighbor asks you to come over for dinner, it is only right. Whether you are American or not; It is tradition/custom. You have to abide by that (customs/laws) wherever you are at.
