Well if it was that simple that would be nice. But I am like this I don't have to like someone on my Staff as long as they contribute to all on the "Team" and do what is required to do to keep their postion.For after all it is a Team effort from all on Staff to make it work. Problem is finding those few who are willing to do just that, and not do it for personal gain or the popularity of the job.Each has his own duty to perform and that is what they are trained in and if all do each of theirs part then it runs well.If a FAQ trys to act as a GP and are not trained in that then problems arise,This is why I insist that EACH do his OWN part for STaff and work as a TEAM , each part of the TEAM is as important as the other.And all must depend on each other to accomplish this task.If this is done hackers would be caught quicker , players would be helped quicker and so on.But then reality sets in and most of the time it is only a few who are on and overworked and overwhelmed by all that is going on and yet they strive to do whatever they can to get the game back on track for the players to enjoy.So do not be too quick to judge them ,I am not saying by any means that there are some who do not do their job at all that is why I set up the complaints page on the site and a email
[email protected] so all can recieve an answer to their concerns in a timely fashion for I answer all who send in a complaint as well as Moonie is copied on all complaints too and often answers them too.We try even though it may seem we are doing nothing but if you look; how many servers have a place setup to recieve complaints and really answer them?
