I just wasn't on at that time.. maybe the reason you see hackers is because.. dun dun dunnnn... NO STAFF ARE ON!
Maybe some of those cheaters are smart enough to not cheat when there are 15 police on.
I have jailed dozens of hackers that are now banned.. I have watched so many trades I can't count, I even answer most peoples questions about jobs and quests when I don't even need to.
I do my job.
I'm also watching out for people and crime when I'm off duty BUT I don't like tending to police things while off duty otherwise.. I still get pmed about watching trades and stuff when I'm not on my tag. =/
