Lycia made me realize the simple solution. She says FAQ is different from LAT and GP and all that, because it was created "outside" of Graal online. In that case, the answer is simple.
Lycia gets to be FAQ chief, and FAQ is not a recognized staff position of Graal. If she can claim ownership of it, then it's obviously not Graal's and is a position that deserves no more power than guild chief. |
