If I can, I will try to add working jobs to Bogenera.. anyone who owes fines and stuff will not get profits from working until they have payed off their fines.
So if they owe 100 gralats and they work and earn 10 gralats, they receive nothing, Bogenera receives 10 gralats, and they only owe 90 gralats..
