1) You can't apply setlighteffect to a variable image; you can have a semitransparent ghost, but not a semitransparent head. I tried. If you make a gani that's just ever the one ghost image though, you're set.
2) A Hera is a sort of quarterheart. I've explained it a bunch of times: NPCs can be moved, fullhearts cannot. So if I add a Hera Hut, I can change the links to it without duplicating the heart and having to wipe all the accounts; however, if I add a fullheart, I can never move the chest even one tile away without everyone in the game being able to get it again.
3) Destiny is south of Swamp Town; if you had the map you'd see it, but you don't, so you don't.
4) Newbie Town (Tule) is at onlinestartlocal. You can only go there if you're a newbie, obviously.
