Everyone I know on graal, like W-Dragoon and such, don't care as much about graal as you. Its a side thing for him, a spare time thing, something when he has nothing else to do. As it is with me. But since you actually care about what anyone says here, and since you actually get insulted by people, its obvious you think of this as more then a spare time thing...
Hopefully TB3 won't come back, he didn't deserve to be as low as to work for you...
