Personally I thought CDA was ok...but there staff was crappy....the only cool people on the staff were Link and Gohan I think...the person I hated the most on CDA was Kaotic...there crappy Level Admin they had for awhile...also I would say the CDA levels would of needed some more work along with NPCs..but I can't really judge NPC when I can't even make a NPC say Hi.
