I would actually do something about bad staff, I would make sure no one has greater advantage over another...and the staff system made it impossible for any staff to give players something...only people with RC (me and w-dragoon...) could give players something and we wouldn't do that...you may say "then how would staff help us" and things like that...well thats all in the staff system...
