Just because you found the birds in your Graal folder it doesn't mean they are copyrighted. The same birds have been dircussed mayn times before.
I don't like server fighting as well but it seems some of the people does like it. And there are no N-Pulse Army guild on N-Pulse now. But there was one ages ago.
