There is a fence around the mining spot when you use a bomb the fence closes. You can only use 1 bomb at a time so you cant do half then bomb. You can also add people to come inside your fence and once all your rocks have gone or has been over a time limit <( which would give you plenty time to get all rocks by yourself with breaks) then the fence opens. And more mining spots like this around graal.

Also i do not think it should be illegal, like said earlier, gives more RP and ****.. but if you want to go by the rules.. then PKin should be illegal..
cuz umm one time on a nice day i decide HEY i will take a walk to the farm and go make some money! Well once I got near the big *** admin house about 5 PKers surround me.. "Gimme y0 moneis" they say.. i pause and say "NO ME GO FARM" they say "haha" i unpause and run like a monkey! they chase me down and rape me! the rest of the day sucked and i didnt end up farming therefore i lost money and didnt get to make money because they ruined my entire day and PKed me when i was going to farm! Also one time when i was fishin.. just sittin back my line in the water, checkin out the chicks on the beach.. all of a sudden sum **** comes by and starts attackin me while i was fishin! did he get jailed for PKin me? NO!!! I had a fishie on me line too!
The rules suck and need to be changed.
