You should make a zip file with default NPCs like kart, "tuning", accelerators..
I wanna make a track but I wanna see how good it is with different carts (I want a shortcut for people with high acceleration (like a shortcut a ways off the track), good turning (really sharp turn) and high topspeed (where it knocks you off the track just a little bit) :P and maybe I can mess with some of the shortcut scripts to only allow say people with 8+ topspeed to take the topspeed shortcut
