A 'Hacker' isnt just a person who attempts to break into other peoples computers illegaly. The most widely spread version of hacking is actually LEGAL. When a companys network gets a majo virus wo do they call in to fix it? a hacker, If your computer wont start up and u cant fix it it keeps asking for "Bios Password" who comes a fixes it?? ah yes...a hacker, There are many forms of hacking.
