Viktor, no contest. The guy produces eye candy in less then a hour. His levels are amazing. Konidias wouldn't even be in the top 5 level makers. Birdbird is okay but he uses the same technique for levels and overloads them with too many lighting effects. Oni would be second, he's great he's used some techniques for levels I've never even seen used before. |
