Ok... if I were in the "Police", I'd first try to shut the whole system down. It's completely pointless, and if you ever decide to read that other thread I started about the police, you'd see my whole opinion
... But if I'm not able to shut it down, I'd clearly state to everyone that I won't jail
anyone based solely on what I see, and if you want someone jailed, you'd PM me first. If someone complains to me about someone else's actions, and I see that that player is clearly sucking all the fun out of the other player's game, I'll jail him.
