Excuse me for any ignorance, seeing as how I don't have much experience with
online scripting.
What rate do server. strings get sent to the player? Once? Only when updated? Continously?
Also, how would lag affect triggeraction? This is taking in the usual factors: 50-80 players on the server, a few NPCs in action on the level, and a few people also on the level PKing each other.
Lastly, can lag cause a portion of a script to repeat itself? I've noticed this on a few servers as a bug where you could lay a rupee, touch the bank to deposit all your money, and then get the rupee and go back up to your original money amount + 1, allowing you to deposit that and double your money. And yes, I know because I did it. Problem with that?
