Ass isn't technically an obscenity. Its a donkey. So, I could be calling you a donkey if I called you an ass.
As for the "f" word, I will admit to saying that a few times, but you're making it seem like I'm saying it repeatedly when in fact, I am not.
I have never taken the Lord's name in vain, so please, spare me that detail.
