Edit: I just read Lycia's remarks and I honestly think she has too much on her plate. Why be ET when you can't invest time into it? Do you see yourself actually making it better? Do others see you making it a better establishment. You've bitten off a lot more you can chew, and being stubborn and forcing yourself to be ET admin won't exactly help you. There is no shame in quitting and giving the job to someone much more deserving. Personally, what I think you are doing is greedy. There are many people out there that want the job 100 time more than you and are 100 times more commited.

By the way, the Hat-o-matic shouldn't be used, it ruins the hat economy and it's abusive in my opinion. Next thing you know you'll have a bomy-o-matic and a house-o-matic
