A Problem, Stefan help

I rather have Stefan help me with this since he knows it best, so dont flood this thread with spam. Anyways I can actually see lights now (yay) but I am laggy as HELL when I have directx on, I want to be able to see these lights and not be laggy. Check out this picture. I can barely move =/ |
