You Buy a hat when they restock (20g-50g?) then sell them to make profit.. it won't change not unless someone is dumb enough to sell them for 20g... but id like if that happened too but it never will

If about 10 people start selling hats for 20g the other people selling them for more wouldn't get any business so they would lower prices also (probably)
