Hmm....a psychologist once said that one's IQ is determined by dividing his or her mental age by their actual age and then multiplying it by 100. Let's do the math for this one Rone, shall we?
Mental Age/Actual Age X 100 = IQ
Rone...8/13 X 100 = 61.5
