Cowards do one thing different...they run. From what I here, and take of a Pacifist, is they will take the hits, and they will not run. Basicly if they did run, they would become cowards....but yes, it does take courage to take hits...in some cases alot more then fighting back. But the whole concept of letting another wrong you, letting them walk over you...it just doesn't work.
If you brought religion into it, its like sitting and asking our heavenly father to do all our work....you need to do some of the work yourself.

Fighting back is the first thing you would think of. But it often gets nothing solved,or makes things last longer than they really need to.
Although I think in a situation like this, words or talking will not solve it. But it should atleast be tried.
