if you have the talents, you can do npcs, levels, gfx, adminastrate and all with all the tags, thats all it is, not a guild you sir, are very missinformed, there are many elvel makers on newmain that do gfx as well, and hold police positions, like take Lyndzey, she is Police Cheif, and a level maker, Loriel, does about everything, and lamer does GfX and he is head level maker, its not a guild based thing, more like a talent based thing, you missed the clue buss.
