IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT ****ING FORMAT THE DAMNED FILE IS IN! WHAT MATTERS IS THAT THE MUSIC USED TO MAKE THE FILE IS COPYRIGHTED!!!! If I play a copyrighted song on a Piano and make money off of it, I can get sued. If i play the same song on a Guitar, I can get sued. If I record it to an MP3, I can get sued. It doesn't matter how the song is heard, it is still copyrighted. |
