NO ONE ... I repeat... NO ONE is allowed to give out permiton nor enter Loriel's npc test room without Stefan, or Loriel's permition. The Spi npc is ilegal, Stefan removed it from the Police HQ for a reson, personaly telling me that. Now, The fact that Ghost was lead to this small ban from the use of the spi npc, is compleatly wrong, he got banned because of the spi npc, witch is ilegal, making this whole sitiuation not valid, Even though Ghost did wrong, you had no right to go in the room and use the npc that led to his banning. Even though he is unbanned, he is still in jail. All punishments should be drooped, and IceHawk, the one that allowed it... Did not have the permition, unless he was told by Loriel or Stefan that he could go in there...I doubt that...

Merlin, It Dosn't Matter if you didn't Directly bann him, or even if you went in the level with permtion... the fact is is that npc is ilegal, and for that reson, he cannot be punished. Please... This has gone on long enough... Merlin is a bit violent...
