Get rid of the stupid owners, all the staff they have hired are all corrupt and talk about raping each other, killing each other and they abuse HTML to say "This person is cool" or "That person is cool". Then they use staff PM's every 30 seconds to update you on a poll on who you would like to go out on a date with or who is cooler
