Custom Backpals

Hello, I need help with making my own backpal, when ever i go to set it, the colors are all messed up. Im only trying to edit certain things, like the house tiles, and the grass and what not. But I dont understand why the colors are all messed up. Anyone, if you know how to fix this, please tell me.
