Need some help here!

Can anyone tell me the steps for making EXP Bars, and HP bars?
I can make the GFX.. I just need the script, and Im sure there is a special way to make the GFX, like you make the bar, then below it I think its the filling that goes in it, not sure though.
So if anyone can help me out, just post it in here. BTW is for my playerworld, Not Enigma.
