It's kind of hard to be motivated to do anything, even prior to the server going down. There's constantly disconnections, which aren't only frustrating, but physically painful when you see something you were working on or doing lost cause of some random disconnect. And that's on top of what I have to deal with on a daily basis outside of having a full time job. I think you're just asking for a lot in my opinion. We're doing the best with what we have, and we have made a lot of progression towards a better future. There's a lot more work to be done though and it's not going to happen overnight.
