Make MVP weapons trade-able, raise the price of every gun to a good 50 coins or so and start pushing out more ways to earn MVP coins;
Most Taxi Missions completed in a week; 1 MVP Coin
Highest bounties completed in a week; 1 MVP Coin
etc etc etc |
