Honestly it's fine shooting straight. I think it fits well when compared to Mp5sd. Mp5sd is the same firerate but full auto, 19 damage, fast reload and 30 shot clip. Tempest is semi auto, same firerate, 20 damage, regenerate-able clip. Having and mvp gun at which it pretty much matches with is probably a good thing balance wise. If you let it get too out of hand we are just going back down a dark path again anyways. As it sits now with the tweaks to energy regen and consumption it feels alot more viable, but without the spread doesn't feel over powered. I think you should just keep it like this.
